It's not an asset, the description you seem to be describing is liability. You should find it hidden on the balance sheet until oil price improves to flash the cards. Your an idiot to think anonymous validation helps anyone on this page. Since you are probably still there, try to make a positive difference since reserves and existing infrastructure are established as the asset, it's up to you to do something if you are competent enough to help drive down extraction costs below the competition. If not then simply check out EOI and get out of the way so someone else can make a difference.
