He is cutting all the roles to bring in his Pepsi people already did it in HR.. what can you expect from someone who never changed his oil.. only knows how to do it with a credit card.. Worst company I ever worked for and I was not part of the lay offs.. Blessing in disguise to leave before..

No one is saying you shouldn't be happy to have a job - all we are saying is that not that long ago a guy named Jim Jones convinced people to drink KoolAid as well and it didn't work out so well for them.
Your CEO is making $22M a year - if he works a 60 hour week all 52 weeks the year (like that's gonna happen) he makes $7200 per hour. How's your KoolAid taste now - is he really worth $7200 per hour? Let's be honest he hasn't sold one set of brake pads - doesn't use GAS2 on a daily basis and has no direct customer relationship on a daily basis. Shouldn't those guys in the store be making a bigger share of that $7200 per hour?
I like tropical punch KoolAid - it hides the taste of the poison best.
