Conduent is not "poor 'old Xerox"... it's poor "old ACS" which was a mess to begin with when acquired. It was and has been a sinking ship since 2010.
Lol....all same BS....lack of management, plans, and resources. Offshoring happening as quickly as possible to lessen the "footprint" more like a toenail will be remain on State side to represent the company if any at all. Company is in pursuit of a buyer. Conduent has no new contracts. All workers working on SunRail project will be laid off between June 30 and Octobetr as the reputation of this company cannot buy a contract. Tolling sector has a few jobs that most of the work will go offshore. SEPTA will only keep a skeleton of a crew. People are bailing left and right from it. The remaining crew will be offshore and then the few in States will be laid off when the project is done. Great company huh? Political power struggles going on in India and the States. Conduent leader only broghtbin to make it look pretty and act as a cheer leader until the company is sold or goes under. Wake up people!!!! They are looking for ways to fire you so they don't have to be their near non-existent severance package. What a joke by the way!!!!!! Stop being lazy and scared. Update your resume and go find a job for a REAL company that cares about YOUR growth and future. Honestly, there is not much time.
