The city manager and economic developer for the town of Sidney has basically said Sidney Nebraska will be just fine no matter what happens with Cabelas. meanwhile one poster on this website is predicting bass pro will fire every cabelas employee in Sidney and replace the 2000 employees with 50 bass pro employee to run the Sidney operation. I am curious any news or predictions?

Bp should fire everyone in management and keep hourly employees. Sidney will have Hickory Square as a reminder if the city gets financing to close 10th for a downtown park.
