Buy out partner with your newly acquired cash, then sell it for a song to CNRL, Suncor, or Imperial and move on. No point continuing to throw money into this pit.
If anything JV has it together. Conoco just a bunch of clowns trying to float that place
At least the JV partner knows it is a waste of money to keep people around to look at Surmont capacity expansion.
Oil prices are dropping. It will get ugly in the fall when driving season is over. More layoffs coming

After letting go 120+ employees up at site are they not rolling in the cash now? Oh that's right they just hired contractors back to fill the spots so the bleeding continues.
Any comments on the organizational changes last month? Looks like there were a lot.
