Okay, I am one of the idiots that has held on to the hope of making a difference in the worst run companies of which I have ever been employed or in which I have come in contact. My fellow soldiers are falling down into the unemployment lines at a blazing rate of speed and it is not even being reported to the public. Personnel essential to completing failing projects are being released without even notifying fellow overworked employees that they will have to pick up the slack for those gone bye-bye. The human resource offfices can't keep up with the poor Americans being let go to be replaced by cheaper labor in India. The morale is so low......I don't think there is a number low enough to measure it and the work performance is in direct proration to that morale. Why work hard when we have been told there will be absolutely no raises ( not that most people have had one in 10 years) and layoffs will continue until 2019......when everyone will be gone except for the employees in India or whoever buys this sick, sick, sick company. Anyone that buys this chaos is crazier than I am for staying this long.

All, it is easy to be negative, but can we at least be thankful for the work that ACS/Xerox/Conduent has provided at a time we needed it.
I'm glad I got out before it changed over to conduent - I had a feeling my former co-workers will be getting laid off sometime this year - makes me wonder when it's coming

That's true, and I'm not from America. Recently, there's some kind of power struggle in India as well.
Bad teams are being rewarded with high profile projects because the leader clicked well with upper management. Good teams are being ignored and left in the dust because they do not know how to play politics despite having a good track record.
- despite constant visible failure of the bad teams, there are still given good projects (money generating) even though there are other obviously better teams that are capable of doing it. Working on good projects ensure there's no layoff for those teams. The bad teams has caused a lot of customer dissatisfaction, problems and nightmare for everyone working on their previous projects and will continue to do so as nothing has changed internally.
Conduent = Conduit to India. The new company name says it all!
Abandon the sinking ship before it's too late.
