Syntels problem? A fish rots from the head.

Look at the share price and balance sheet. Complete failure from clueless, has-been managers out of their league against any competition.

But what can they do? No one of any competence would join this dog and want to sit with these losers on the management team. Unless they want to add "failure" to their resume.

Who would want to work for Sh---tel? What an embarrassment!

To protect your job first stop sharing knowledge with marathis, and don't co operáte with marathi leads and managers. keep complaining to HR about marathi manager and make big issue of everything.

typical marathi has no leadership or technical or managerial skills. They work in groups and sabotage some senior guy and take his position and them once one marathi moves up others follow him.

If you are non marathi team lead r manager ensure taht your move seniors under you to bench every six months other wise you will be replaced with your subordinates by sabotage technique where in they marathi gang dangles cake and your subordinates sabotage you.

Something to ponder on.

There are DD's doing all sorts of half girlfriend kind of things here.

Please take a look and alert them.

Support department is an overhead expense not able to perform basic Jobs.

Syntel as a company has become top heavy. Overweight of Non Performing DM's, DD's, VP's, who are just clocking 10 hours in office without any sales call, proposals, new business initiative etc.

This is not done RK.

It's not ethical.

You have to lead the best team fwd for making Syntel the best again.

You have to reduce the top heavy burden of DM, DD, VP and lethargic Support department.

QA jobs are.redumtant in any industry. In IT industry it's totally not required. To increase the revenue these IT company owners brought this concept like QA, IMS and now automation. If you think in long-term you can't survive in this area. Core IT business is on maintenance and support. Of course development is base. But in US & UK development is already completed. What ever we are getting in this area are 'Take Away', it's already grabed by major vendors. QA jobs can be showcased for development projects or for Product development. In Syntel development projects are less and this company is not the product company. So for better life in QA keep on move to different different product companies to keep life & earnings going on. If you are in US keep Syntel as temporary shelter and quickly move to different opportunities.

Interim CEO doesn't know what to do. No experience besides carrying founder's bag. CNBC, WSJ et al should do a story on how Syntel was unprepared for market change, egregious financial/stock manipulation, mismanagement , total lack of diversity (which is costing them BIG business what female exec would ever want to sign a contract with these 1950's-attitude male failures, ) and VP's who are long term staffers and just watching the clock with no accountnatbiliy. Sell and bail. Now.

Need to take the list of 'Everyday promotion people'. Disclose what they brought in plate in terms of business and billabilty...it should be zero. But they got the Everday promotions through their so called God father. These Godfathers are nothing but idiot VPs from BNFS, Healthcare, Insurance, RLT. Everybody knows who are those....Same in HR, TSG, IS, Quality, Admin. Same in case of US and UK...

VP's in UK, almost 4 of them have failed to get any single new account in past 6 months.

It's a miracle how come the guys are still looting Syntel.

These people become VP, from DM few years ago, and get promoted every year.

But but but they fail to perform their roles, because they are not sales guys, but software engineers, who illegally got to VP roles.

Syntel has to put fire below the a⅞$ of VP's,DD's,DM's and then see their performance.

Give them a month's time to get 1 new customer, like PDAC gives us 1.day to Search for a project.

If they don't get a client just ask them to FO from Syntel.

Simple as that...

Why the heck is RK still keeping VP strategy affairs Mr. IIT.... Bleady he is a joker only suitable for college lectures...get him out..

Why are so many Support guys still in payrolls, they bleady have to be fired...
