the clayton Williams and rosetta employees are subpar, if noble is smart they will layoff those people before the loyal long term noble employees. I have not met a clayton Williams or rosetta person that was worth a darn

Exactly so-yet we've sat with our eyes closed while these people have manipulated and ruined our futures as NBL employees, while the Nobility (or should that be, No--Ability) Execs have prepared themselves for their own early retirement-just look at the Exec Severance Plan put in place last December! DS didn't see the handwriting on the wall-he was holding the pen-or, in the employees' cases, the scalpel.
The BOD & Sr. Mgmt. doesn't need a change of hands-it needs an Exorcism!

With an ego and attitude like the critical one spewed, he or she has lost touch with reality but reality won't ignore this for long. This one stinks and cologne wont cover it.

Rosetta & Clayton Williams employees are worth SO MUCH MORE than us run-of-the-mill NBL trash!
Why else would DS and the Bored agree to such massive severance deals in acquiring those assets (one to two year packages PLUS job guarantees!), while giving the Canonsburg office 90 days?!
OF course, DS wil get 36 MONTHS if NBL sells out, and his VPs 24-30...

Noble is so sub-par, if they were a golf team they would be, well, great I guess...
I've heard that Dave Stover is the most subpar of the subpar employees.
For the most part most of Noble's employees are subpar also.
