They need to get rid of all non-essentials that are s---in on the titty and bring no value: start with,
Real Estate Services
HSE- except what is actually necessary, and get those out in the field where they belong
HR - break up that empire...... Why so darn many
Food service
Gymnasium
Daycare
Get out of all the darn buildings that we are not using (real estate services should have done this two years ago)
Landmark- shut them down
Then, get rid of all the deadasses, I guarantee that you can put everyone at NorthBelt, (1) facility and we will still have plenty of empty offices, cubicles and space.
Now understand, keep HDBS in the woodlands, they are profitable and would cost too much to move, but, that lease is up in 6 years, so, they will either sell them or bring them to NB.
Remember during the BH debacle? They should move forward with their plan still and get rid of all the PSL's that we were going to sell.
Get back to basics, get lean and mean, effective and efficient,.....
Naaaaaaaw, hell, what am I thinkin, keep all the beourocracy and stay screwed up, heck, the more people and PSL's that there are, the more people to blame sh-- on and nothing gets accomplished.
We will just keep spending money because that is all we no what to do, don't have a clue on how to actually correct these problems. But as long as we are spending money, at least we are doing something,
