we haven't received the annualappraisal letters yet..... not sure why so much delay or Are we not getting it at all? Did someone asked their managers? My manager in pune said he is waiting for a go ahead from HR.

There were hikes in all high inflation countries.
Is this hike only in India or worldwide ?
SRC, level 20, 35% salary hike. I don't know where they get all the money to raise everyone's pay!
I got 27% hike. I m 30 level CE with CM team.
I was LRC during year end pmp but still my manager able to give me 7%
So guys don't worry, everyone on SRC and HRC will get good increment .
My manager surprised me with promotion to level 20 and 18% hike

Received 17.25 % hike, which is THE highest raise since I joined Avaya 6 years ago.
Also got nice AIP. Heard that other level 20-III also got good AIP bonus and increments.
Note - My last year-end rating was SRC.
No hike for LRC and I know I will be fired soon. Trying my best to search new job. It was a new manager who rated me and he didn't liked me because I crossed him many times for the betterment of company.

Got 15% hike - HRC rating at 20 level
Got 12% increment with HRC rating. I'm at level 13.

Got 14.5% hike plus rs 45k in AIP at level 20.
When is the aip payable- when is the new salary effective from

All employee doing great work but sorry no increment. LRC will be asked to go to keep cost to fund executive bonus.
HR is going to let out the letters soon giving great appraisals but sorry No more rupees
