Layoffs will start in Bartlesville in October as soon as San Juan asset sale accounting is finished. A large layoff will begin eventually tapering off but never ending until closure next year. Have we thought this through how those tasks will be brought to Houston? I know we already do many of them but is this going to be just dumped in our lap to absorb and do? We are only half a year away from all this starting to take place and would be nice to start to get some direction and training to prepare for this!

One minute people want to close Bartlesville, the next they don't want any work from Bartlesville dumped in their laps. Can't have it both ways. If eliminating some Bville jobs and they send the rest a to Houston, just man-up and do the work. Be thankful you weren't cut. If not, quit. There are plenty of people who will do your job.
