Illegal? Too hard to prove. Better have video and an iron clad case. If not these weasels will just hire good lawyers and make you look like gthe criminal. Are they crooked scumbags? You betcha. Unfortunately crooked scumbags in charge of American companies is the corporate standard. Why? Guess it's cause the public is hopelessly gullible, they keep falling for phony sales pitches. So, no. The stock holders won't do sh$t and the scumbags will just get richer. Sad.
It really is bordering illegal if not actually so. But but who's going to try bringing that up.? Frankly, the shareholders ought to vote to fire the entire board and all top and middle management and sue them for back bonuses and pay raises at the least.

Sounds like management and board members are frauds.
They did not lose their way. Management decided to take the company and employees down a road only profitable for top managers and the approving board. CONs all. If it kills the company and every job held by a hardworking person or a disreputable flake for that matter, what do they care? They don't. Their pockets are full and getting fuller.
get rid of operations and accounting and IT multiple. only at noble.

we have lots of accountants/finance and lawyers and HR people. Plenty of IT, too.
Did Accounting Department have layoffs?
There is no telling what is next. Noble is the worst managed company in the oil patch. Anything is possible.
