This is an insult to Strategists and Officers (of any kind) alike. This is a guy who has accomplished NOTHING OF VALUE since he got to Mattel.
He couldn't run HiT
He couldn't make the Amazon/Fireman Sam deal work
He sold $40M worth of HiT content for $22M
He couldn't get the Co-Pros to work
He couldn't get Bob the Builder to work and lied to the company on what the deal was
He hasn't authored an acquisition that's worth more than $5.00
And yet CS pushed M-Go to make him Chief Strategy Officer. Strategy is meaningless without the understanding and ability to EXECUTE against it. "Slid" doesn't understand the execution piece at all and actually thinks it's secondary to strategy. What a joke! You guys are doomed with him in the company - he's just a HACK.
