Zero value add by most senior managers, AD, directors VPS
They have not done anything in the last one decade to enhance any service or product or solved any customer problem . the only thing the did was replacing experienced with fresher and show cost savings (after exploiting experienced techies to set up and grow project and give moving them to bench with bad feedback)
Now Bots are competing with these managers like SM Ad, DM, Directors and VPS in the cost saving race even 6 month pay is waste for these useless folk as they have already amassed huge fortune by cheating techies.
