Shareholders who have incurred lost share price value and reduced dividends since May 1, 2012 when COP traded as an independent E&P company ( traded @ $56/s & paid a quarterly dividend of $0.66/s and now trades @ $46/s and now pays a$0.265/s dividend), may as well vote NO.
