Heard on a coffee table conversation from a senior person (EVP) that AD's , D's and SD's have been asked to leave with a severance package of 6 months, especially in the CoE space.not sure whether another set of rumours ???

Better avoid joining a sinking ship. The vice-chairman deciding to quit the board, 25000 being laid off, D and above given golden handshake, company jostling with legal battles / cases, corruption unfolded and covered up, COO asked to resign. What other signals does one want. Join at your risk.
But for an "Associate Projects" position they are offering 2 months salary, or 2 months notice period option only. Well one of my friends has opted for 2 months notice period serve option, he resigned in the tool.
Depends on the project and domain you are joining, if its digital, analytics or cloud you need not worry else i would be skeptical to join CTS right now
Got offer from Cognizant as Senior Associate-Projects and joining date is this month but layoff is going on. Whether can i join CTS or stay in the current company and search jobs!! Totally confused
