Thread regarding Cabela's Inc. layoffs

This store located in the south, and a young store compared to others has had it's share of weird management things happen since the opening, but just last week it has been learned that the GM, is now sitting in the AP office all day watching the camera's to see just who is wearing the little holster's he demanded everyone wear, and watching to see how many outfitters are working with the clients to sell paper targets as an add-on? Then to top that off, while the teatro is to be used for questions, etc, and to cut down on radio traffic, this same individual is chastising the outfitter over the main radio and not going one to one. Needless to say four more quit today out of the blue, and the rest are wondering what the hell is up with the GM's mental state? Funny thing is this truth is much more funny than making things up about what is happening. LOL
