Thread regarding ION Geophysical Corp. layoffs

Well done our illustrious leader the CEO. See you and you buddies all got more money to live off and we still have a 10% reduction. How come you've achieved zero as a CEO but still manage to take a bonus of some sort each year. Most companies set themselves "Objectives" that everyone can join in to make happen ... what's our donkey of a leader posted "how to get a bonus" .... good to see your focus is all about lining your pocket and not actually improving the company as a whole. The latest ONE ION session produced nothing apart from 75 people having to pretend to enjoy the BS told to us ... we have talented people in the company that want to do their job but no we have to do this waste of time crap for 3 days knowing it will be dropped after 6 months because we have got money for what gets started.... but the CEO will STILL get a bonus ... hello it's time for a new CEO from outside the company
