It's not just people in their 30s to feel badly for. There are some who are over 40, but have only one income. They are way too young to retire and can work circles around a lot of ppl. Some of the ppl with small kids have two good incomes and spend money like they are bulletproof to these downturns without a thought about others who will suffer. I honestly wish the good employees the best!
Bingo. My guess is the layoffs will be massive this year.
I'm retiring anyway, but feel bad for those young kids or people at 30s have family to feed. I've been in this industry for over 30 years; I've seen ups and downs, hopefully this town doesn't just die like this. People keep your heads up!
