Any news on changes with teach out since they are not being bought? Where will the funds come from for EDMC to keep them open?

Teach outs are not part of the sale. That is a good question...how will EDMC afford to keep teach out open? Ai online is part of the sale, so how will teach out campuses let their students take online courses? They can't afford the teaching dollars to teach all courses on ground. I think teach outs close by July 1st new fiscal year.

Propably KKR. Their middle name is nice.
But the question should be this: in what way is KKR obliged/ constrained to be nice since it's always been about show me the money.
