Companies will cut the managers like vegetables. Because they are not billable and do nothing but politics. They are much expert in doing nasty politics (KATHI KARA) and have master degree in it, some are even Phds. Now, they need to find jobs in shoppers stop, Big bazar or other malls. May be they will get some jobs like selling pizza coupons, mobile cards etc. Ohhh....I think they will not be able to do that also. because they are the idle people and prefer to EAT and SEAT. God knows what will happen to these IT managers.....May GOD bless them.

any of your known people given any firing letters? What is the process? Employee is resigning or they are firing/Terminating? Will they give any Extra Amount before asking employees to resign? Or just 2 months notice period time? Can we bargain?
Most of the time bootlickers are getting excellent ratings... not good working people. Might be 40% people got blessed with good managers in most of Indian companies.
India's IT workforce is too dependent on overseas market. It is time for India to get out that mentality of laziness, and work with their hands . India has too many Rocket Scientists but not enough Technicians. How many of you can fix a fuel pump in your car , or lay brink and build something? Most will not, and prefer slave labor. Think about what your future is going to look like
Be ashamed to put up such a comment with out compassion and with out proper information. if only the people who got pink slip could do somany politics like the managers who were involved in laying off ppl. These so called top level managers only wanna save their friends from being laid off at the expense other employees. They were the main reason why people who were still on client projects given fourth bucket n making them resign forcefully .These are un ethical layoffs which are not brought to governments attention. If only this fraud comes out and modi ji looks in to the matter . First of contain your jealousy one day u may be victim of ur own thoughts.stop being rude and shameless to talk like this .
Live and let live if u can't do any good. Only time can decide who works where n who will be what.
Layoff is a very common thing for what ever reasons and ppl who get laid off previously are doing very well in other companies .
If economy is bad for some reason and companies fail it's not employees fault.markets economies and international politics etc play a big role in keeping jobs.
In my opinion not all employees and companies are bad but sometimes things won't work as planned.
Sometimes companies benefit sometimes employees .
May god give strength to all to face ups n downs in life. All will survive one way or other.
