I heard this was the first one and there will be two more this year. It is based on performance, salary and age. So if you work for 15 -20 years chances are you will get hit.

I called T. Rowe Price and the rep told me that all participants get rollover notice once a year. However, based on my research rollover notice is only required when employment is terminated.
March 29, meeting invites sent to few folks from the management.
Others might get invited on Monday but a rollover notice from T Rowe Price is also a giveaway. If you got it, you are the lucky one to get out of this POS.
