Anyone else hearing rumors eagleford will be done in a year? Initially I was hearing 4-5. Or maybe thats just for new drill wells? IT will be a breath of fresh air to be rid of the drillers. Mgmt on that side is weak and unprofessional in the kenedy office, like talking to rocks if the same guy is still there that was in seat about 2 years ago..

Done with what? Drilling wells? Nope, they have plenty on inventory. Sold? Nope, they could never even break even with a sell. We are riding this horse like the final scene in True Grit. Hmm....which Lee had grit.
Couldn't agree more about the management staff in the EF area.
OK, I'm confused. Given the short period over which these wells are depleted, drillers are THE fundamental group needed to keep EF going. Good luck getting the IT folks to keep the field viable.
It's interesting to me that the small, successful and nimble companies printing money in EF and Permian are started and run by geologists and drillers. Hangers on, like you, HR (beyond useless), etc. gradually worm your way into the picture, leaving the innovators to move on.
