Last post. Made my point, it is about time they start educating their workforce about the value of older employees at Williams. Will it happen. who knows but maybe somebody will stand up and have the courage to do it.

This is what is happening, that is why LHH tells you adjust your resume so employeers cannot figure out your age. Not working, sooner or later they figure your age out. Need to adjust.

Unlikely, most companies are finding they can get the work done with fewer older employees, if is more about profits than anything elese. Once your let go your chances of getting rehired at a big company are slim to none, when you are over a certain age. A better approach is to make sure you have enough money to retire or start your own buisness by the time you are 50.
