Has anyone looked into a reason for a possible Class Action Lawsuit? I'm in the state of California, as the continent knows we are a very Sue happy state! I'm just wondering, I've heard in the past for this state, that if a company gets rid of your position(not you) they have to reposition you in a similar position with no more than a 6% cut in pay. If that's the case then this is a major issue for the thousands of transitional employees in California!

With previous post I couldn't agree more. Minorities now play the card no matter what. It's like thir get out of jail card free. Sorry but there is far less discrimination today then 20 years ago both to minorities and women. Yet because as society we have become some candy a-- we now go overboard when someone plays the card. We had a guys at work part timer play that card. They knew since they were black all they had to do was voice it and they were untouchable. Call outs all the time. Don't do their job. Nothing would happen. Even stealing and they didn't do anything. All because of being afraid. I am all for everyone being treated the way they treat others. You respect others you get respect. You don't and well there are consequences.
I am so tired of the race card being thrown around like some get out of jail free card. No one cares about anothers race much anymore. But if your lazy, rude, and or selfish you should be called out not matter who or what you are. When will people stand up and ask why they get ridden like a mule because they are white while their black co-worker watches tv on their phone all day and never gets called out? Wake up! Its over! The reverse racism is the next real lawsuit!!
