Called employees from multiple departments for almost 3 hours to ask about the abnormalities and misalignment of engineering groups, many people exposed all known issues. I am not sure if HR this time will let go all people who don't contribuite at QC. I keep praying for a change....

I've posted some pretty direct comments on here time to ignore this site and pray for HR-ER-and Execs that they learn the error of their ways. Qualcomm needs all they can get in forms of good vibes, prayer, and new ways of thinking.
HR and ER work for the departments that are assigned to. Not the other way around it's QC norm for years now. If ER and HR don't do as their asked their out the door. Main reason VP's all know what the tops of all HR and ER personnel look like. Knob and Bob

Don't trust these fuxking liars. They will just pass your complaints to your boss. This will eliminate their responsibility from complaints. And you have to wait for the back stabbing from your boss later. These s---ers will wait chances patiently and kick you out of boat relentlessly. This is the fuxking culture of Q. A totally unregulated jungle world of technology slave yard.

If you have decided to stay in qualcomm then make sure you update your skills etc and go to gym everyday

Give me a break, Qualcomm has long since become an organization of bean counters and sharp penciled accountants. The 2006 days are long over and never coming back. HR is just fishing for people to prioritize for layoffs in September.
Qualcomm HR and Employee Relations are the best. Please work with them closely and provide any and all information they request.
You really believe they are making us great again based on your voices and here is really an "open door policy" . What I am seeing is most of the naively honest dogs are already exiled, while the shrewd monkeys climbing up the ladder never speak out the truth. This has never been changed in the past, and will not be changed in the future. In order to survive here, you have to be smarter. History is repeating itself.
