There will be layoff in September. anybody can predict while working in Qualcomm in current situation. there are lot's of back doors meetings at senior level. If there is no layoff then management has to announce it. otherwise Qualcomm will be continuously losing talented people. no announcement yet means there is upcoming layoff.
