Very true-(The job demands skills and timings etc are specifically designed such that no body fits. to ensure maximum rejection and create basis for layoff.)
Even people who work for military get to see their families once every 4 months n this is an IT company they won't give time when one has to move to another country for a longterm job. There will be many things to settle once u plan to move but in week's time u hav to wind up n move or leave the family behind for months . These ppl don't hav long term projects in proper locations and those locations they suggest r like they r sending people on punishments. It worse than ppl who r inMilitary jobs. Even then the employee travels to places where his manager suggests only to get the fourth bucket n rated as underperformed?!just because they couldn't travel after being out for 5 months of an year on one project because couldn't travel that month for some reason?! But was willing move on next longterm project even though it's not the choice of location.
And who has hands on exp on all topics ?not even the manager not the CEO I bet . They get the work done with the person who doesn't know how to do it they say . If they know they can do it themselves right ?!(un believable politics)..win the billions worth of project and not even give 1% of the credit to the employee ?! How will not get laid off with such politics ?!
They lay off the person when still he is on project at clients place even when clients likes and wants him . Client side ppl are so generous that they r looking at the ways to retain n support the Cts employee than ur own company?! Wow!
If this goes on Cts will lose big time lose clients because they feel upset n insecure to hire someone from Cts with out knowing who gets laid off.
Seriously who ever gave the bloody news to the media if Cts did it's only bad for them because people hear n see in real life wat is going on ..
Shares won't go up by will fall with this kind of approach .
