Is it ok to sublet my company apartment, rent them my company laptop to watch movies while I lease them my company car? Just wondering.

It depends if your friends attended the safety training and know that when they travel with your laptop, that they should lock it to a solid object when not in there hotel room, turn up the TV, and place a do not disturb sign on the door.
I ran out of clean dishes the other day and had to resort to scooping my mashed potatoes onto my laptop. I don't think anyone lost money. Maybe except for when my Filipina maid washed it afterwards.

i use my company laptop to lease time to Facebook to let my friends know they are beautiful , and press Like button endlessly . As long as company is not losing, I'm ok
Why not? I use my company truck to haul staff for some business partners to make money on the side. As long as SLB is not losing red money, you are ok.
