Who will attend UOPX ? Students that do not want to deal with admission requirements other than proof of a GED or HS Diploma, regardless of their math or English level.

No way. Weed and seed. Weed out poor programs and poor employees. Then reinvest millions in technology, benefits, and training. The sky is the limit. Endless positive possiblilties.
