Were facilities, shipping, and front secretaries laid off in Fort Lauderdale today?

This was a terrible thing to do....most likely the lowest paid in the company and they started there...REALLY? Immediately after these employees were outsourced, they hired 2 VPs...I think they make a few more dollars than this department....all of them!!! Plus why would they outsource a dept. that has been solid for 10 to 23 years with no one hired or fired or replaced...it was total BS...and those that were involved in this decision...will eventually have to face their own fate!
Those departments were told their jobs outsourced to an outside company. They all have a chance to apply to work for that company to manage citrix instead of being employed by citrix.
Facilities employees have known they are being contracted out for a while now. They already do this at a lot of the locations. Not H1B related at all. Simply the way most companies do it now.
Yes, they are being replaced with H-4 visa spouses of H-1B visa employees.
