Noticed other positions, that were once full-time, are now being posted on various job boards as temporary positions for extremely low pay compared to what they were when Walmart had them as full-time salaried roles.
These are not low level positions that just anyone could fill, these are roles such as compliance positions requiring regulatory knowledge, a JD and MBA. Is this going to be the future? Roles where there are highly-skilled, highly-educated temps that receive no benefits, and horrible pay? NO THANKS!
It is a bad sign when you see a company downgrading required FT roles into temp positions. How about part-time and temporary Officer positions, give that a try.
