Incompetent managers have to be kicked out as you can see it's no good for business.
Atmosphere in stoneywood and kirkhill was toxic due to poor management. Their job was to raise morale not destroy it.
Cuz the Norwegians know what they're doing. Aberdeen mgrs had no ability an totally useless.
The mgrs we had were imbeciles that's why we had to kick their backsides out on the street. Ha ha
