Status of Alasdair James? I read on a post that Mr James is no longer with K-mart. I have tried to verify the post to no avail. The poster supplied a link via Bloomberg. When i tried the link.....i got nothing. If true? Very significant. If false? Just another rumor floating around.

By law, with any "material event" happening, the company must file an Form 8-K with the SEC. Losing a Pres under any circumstances is significant.
That's pretty big news...don't really blame him for leaving. If he left on his own. I would imagine Sears/Kmart doesn't want this information out in the news.

Wow! Why don't you think the media has not r7n with this? Sears has not released an 8K Filing yet....that i am aware of?
