Yeah hr has no other thing to do rather than deleting posts on dummy sites.
HR is getting info from this site to go over the people who disclose this info, i personally was visited by security and HR so be aware.
The way I understand, this site has a few simple rules, - if you don't name names (or use any other identifiable personal info) and don't use derogatory language, you are good. But I know for a fact that site admins can be brutal if you are not following it, they practically nuke everything you ever written and block your IP. While back when I started posting they did it to me for bashing a colleague, I'm on proxy ever since, but none of my postings were deleted ever again as I stick to a rules.
As for other things you mentioned (HR controlling etc), I seriously doubt your claims. First of all, so many boards here, QC is not even on their top ten most frequent list. And I've read their rules and policies in the footer, seen nothing suspicious. Advise you to do the same.
