I here Arbroath are employing again, you know yourself these new starts will start on more money than you. So sorry mate. Just hope they don't ask you to take this new start under your wing to train him up. Nothing like rubbing your nose in it,it's the Halliburton way.

yes you shall all get pay rise with cost of living around 2% only on salary - might be the case that this will be back dated to the last pay rise around 4 years but that shall never happen along with 1 for this year that's why there called the greed company
