they seem to constantly expect every small thing to be made known thro training, can read document, cant code, cant parse code, and finally cant learneven simple with out help, speak english but can understand tech documents....

the previous CEO the one who was at help 2010-2014 seems to filled the entire hiring departments with people of one region. this group used to sabotage hiring of fresher from other places.

even if hired and LOI given other were prevented / perpetually delayed by not issuing joining letters.

calling on land line and disconnecting after one ring and creating false records that person not responding to calls. deliberately mistyping email IDs.

trying to create false impression that all candidates from hyderabad are fake by choosing only bad profiles from hyderabad etc

for lateral hires, manipulating the original resume in database and removing critical skills, deliberately classifying resume under wrong category.

the entire recruitment setup has become too corrupt to be able hire right people.
