Traditionally, layoffs always happened on a Friday. But, the last couple years, they have been doing them on Thursdays too. Neither the 13th or 15th is on one of those days so it is somewhat unlikely.

If you read this board from a few weeks ago you'll find that March 13th along with February 23rd were highlighted as layoff days. February 23rd was called correctly we'll see next week about March 13th. When it comes to rumors in whatever industry you're in it's about stiching together the noise, your post is just noise that no one will listen to at face value, its when others start highlighting the same or not that your post becomes relevant or not. For now the noise is hinting that something will happen next week.
Isn't it time for bed, don't you have school in the morning?
Do we need anyone starting a rumor to know that Sears employees are being turfed?
Yeah I heard that one too
