Newest trick? My HR Mgr. disparaging those let go to anyone who will listen. This manager spoke to me yesterday and her comments were entirely fIction.

Each of the SMs let go had high scorecards. So how could they have been so bad at their jobs?

What a joke the executive level of my company is. Sad, really. But that's the way of the world. F--- 'em, make 'me look bad and hold your head up high over the lies.

Here is my ?

why are we all not banding together and doing something and demanding to know and see our personal assessments?

I DID ask and was LAUGHED at because I was retained. I told HR I was assessed among peers, I wish to know what my assessment looks like. Why is it so private its ABOUT ME....I was blown off again....I asked again this week and was told to stop talking about it.
