It is hard to imagine any way COP can leave Bartlesville without the local nasty's hollering foul! It is already starting to come out how nasty they will be. Even if it were done in stages they will try to get publicity and make accusations aimed at Texas and COP!

No, there is no graceful exit aside from those few people moved down to houston early. They can probably sell their houses and make out ok.

I agree with her on most observations. Bartlesville is a bad place that they bait people to come to only to find there is no way out!
