Does anyone know if having a delivery from corporate, a large box which looks to hold electrical/computers, said do not open, is a bad sign? Also, IBM came in needing access to all our computers !? No one will say why. Anyone heard of similar right before closing announcements?

I think that the company is not using IBM as a vendor anymore.
When my old store liquidated, I do recall there were several very large cardboard boxes that were exactly the right size to fit on a pallet. They were intended for us to dump most of our computer equipment into for recycling. However, we never had any IBM personnel come in. We just disassembled everything ourselves, and even then only after the doors had been closed to the public for several weeks already.
I think it's ok to question what you are observing. I'm going to be blunt and say that is probably not a positive sign.
Calm down. You won't know anything until it happens! People on this site really live for and love drama!!
Maybe. Sounds like something is about to change there. They are doing quiet closing right now staying out of the news.
