worse, I read all these people saying that they learned while working here, the only thing i learned is that management like people with no gag reflex and a brown nose. everyone in management is an idiot that was bad at their job but good friends with a manager.

I will say better, as I received excellent training, and can now consult for increased income. Was there for 16 years, and have been gone for two. I am beginning a new career, and would only return to the oilfield for substantial money.

Working for schlumberger has really changed nothing. My acquired company still seems to be ran exactly like it was before the buyout.

My only concern is a complete lack of direction, plan, or goals from the SLB CEO. No one has any idea if all the hard work they are doing actually means anything.

No one knows what SLB wants us to do to be seen as paycheck worthy. Everyone is confused/scared of the future when they have no idea what the plan is.

Working for SLB was not good for me after they acquired my company and I lost all motivation for doing my job. However, I became motivated again once I found out all the bonuses and money to be made from them in the process of getting laid off. I made a small fortune during a two year period getting paid more because HR is not very organized and ended up getting paid several bonus payments twice. Thank you Schlumberger.

Nearly the same here. They bought my company and were going to "harmonize" me after two years. I quit after 23 months and my life has been much better since. Thank you Schlumberger! Would have retired with Camco without you. And you can replace "harmon" with "sodom".

Working for Schlumberger made my life much worse after they bought my company. Then they made my life much better by laying me off. Thank you Schlumberger.
