You guys do realize that not all supervisors are paid more than analysts, right? Becoming a supervisor does not necessarily mean more money.

With the overhead of Supervisors and Directors in Bartlesville...This would the place to start to reorg BVL.. Save some money with these pricey people..

Just to be curious, I wonder how may Supervisors or Directors will be lost in the 170.
Supervisors with 4 to 5 people and Directors with 2 supervisors with 4 to 5 people...

According to an article from KOTV news in Tulsa from 2016, there were 1,400 in Bartlesville. In that article it said they will cut 90 from Bartlesville.
Now in 2017 they announce 170 cuts in Bartlesville.....at least that is so far the public announcement.
Doesn't leave many survivors. Here's Wishing the good employees the best.

What will determine the number of Bartlesville layoffs in second round? Will it be asset sales that determine this or will it just be half the number of the remaining employees?

The number of first group is 300+ and timing is October 2017. Second round in March 2018 with remainder at closure in June 2018.
