No need for notice. It does you no good. Use vacation, take your bonus. Btw, you need to be there to get your bonus. Enjoy the freedom from a clueless egocentric firm.

No...they do not care if you do. Give em hell. If they cared a bit about you, you would not be resigning.

Giving notice is a courtesy only. It is not a courtesy the compnay will show you or anyone else when they terminate you, lay you off, or fire you. The decision is not about how it affects any of your former co-workers, the decision is what is best for you. Many people that worked offshore gave notice in the past and the company pulled them off the job as quickly as possible and terminated them to get them off the payroll.

I would give them a notice and spend all my vacation days. BTW, congratulations! You're finally out of sh-- hole.

Your manager and HR might act like they need you. Give them your middle finger :)

Give notice it is the right thing to do. Scum doesn't necessarily do anything right by thete employees but you shouldn't stoop to there level.

Do you want to shut down the possibility of ever coming back? Do you care even slightly for your Co-workers?
