Does anyone know how to get reassigned to another segment of your choice, without *ss-kissing any manager in the process?

It is not a-- kissing to track other managers down an ask if they have a need for another person.
S---ing up is the only way to make it happen as favoritism is the biggest pillar of SLB culture.
