Any other Walmart Co-managers out there that had to transition out of position due to needing to be at store structure????

Well they aren't being honest and started early you may want to make some noise did they tell you no severance pay and that it's not a restructure just getting the store staffed to structure? Ummmmm sounds like the same thing........we all need to stop the silence because we fear retaliation it will just never stop they will only treat us how we allow them to

Yep..! Just got notified today....after working like a dog. Good company to work for...however one would appreciate better methods as this process unfolds..?

That's gonna make it hard to find decent comanagers if it keeps going. Nobody can work those types of hours for long.

YES - 12, 14 & 16 hour days- no lunch, no break, made to feel guilty if you didn't work your scheduled day off - using salaried co-managers to make up for hourly associate budget cuts. Then fired, "job performance" they said.
