Well they aren't being honest and started early you may want to make some noise did they tell you no severance pay and that it's not a restructure just getting the store staffed to structure? Yep..! Just got notified today....after working like a dog. Good company to work for...however one would appreciate better methods as this process unfolds..?
That's gonna make it hard to find decent comanagers if it keeps going. Nobody can work those types of hours for long.
YES - 12, 14 & 16 hour days- no lunch, no break, made to feel guilty if you didn't work your scheduled day off - using salaried co-managers to make up for hourly associate budget cuts. Then fired, "job performance" they said.
