It happens only in Cisco. Three layers of VPs and four layers of SVPs? How can you justify such org structure? I am simply amazed.

A clear sign of empire building and securing retirement for their pets. SVPs must be paid half a mil at least? Cisco is beyond recovery anyways so heck with it; just have your buddies fed well until stockpile lasts then move on to greener pastures or do nothing for a while by burning some of the fat put on while sleeping at your desk as a SVP.
