Maybe now we can all just work and be able to be measured on our skills and performance and not on who likes who , or who is on the in crowd. No more walking on egg shells around people who think they are LT but are not.

You learned that big managers running San Juan town hall lie so much they don't even know they're lying anymore (can't say names or post gets deleted). They'll say whatever need to make jobs easier and avoid what they deserve. Sure they'll get big bonuses this year for pulling this off. ConocoPhillips? Ethics? Leadership? now with 3 billion more in pockets they can hire more crapweasel managers or execs in Houston and line their pockets more, make more bad investments, Thanks for the memories San Juan! You funded decades of bad decisions, and most incompetent corporates in history of oil and gas
You are still going to have the same people you've just moved buildings. I don't see what will change.
Would need to remove fluid group, optimization group (whatever they do) , sap group, moc (whatever they do) and literally every person from 30th street.
Unless queen of the glass palace was offered a transferred everything will stay exactly the same

That's wishful thinking. I hope it becomes a reality but I am extremely skeptical.
Or people that think they are supervisors but they are not. Or people that were supervisors but their hot headed-ness got them demoted. Oops.
