When you see the job opening that says "Mega Hiring Event" and it's in BLR, for coding, testing, and debugging, you know some jobs are about to get shipped...and quality will take another nose-dive.

Good resources are leaving seeing no work at AS. But Sabre is doing mega-hire event and not giving IJP to retain. Clear cheap minded. HR making money by hiring process and cheap leaders doing nepotism while hiring.
There are many good colleges and good resources in BLR. But Sabre BLR office hires, retains and promotes the left out colleges and resources who are unskilled and uncultured, which represents BLR as poor quality.

Sabre has problems, many them of internal. Unfortunately, people are hired and fired for wrong reasons. Teams and products are divided, merged and bartered based on Directors i.e. we don't have Agile/TDD/BDD.
we have DDD - Director driven development.
Like the middle-MAN director who first moved work to BLR and then pressured the BLR manager into hiring contractors from a third party without even interviews; pretty fishy behavior. Another director planted his friend's wife into a team; It's not what you know. It's who you know". Now these slimy guys are floating ideas of outsourcing work to vendors like CTS, all the while we hearing about employees being let go every month. New leadership beware of such insinuations; these guys know nothing about business or technology. Manipulating people and circumstances is their area of expertise. These type Directors or Architects have no vision for products.

BLR it is clear nepotism in hiring. Complete opposite of UN sustainable development ethics. From many years it is happening this way in Sabre, and the people with these mentalities are promoted to management. There is no quality, decency, discipline, culture, but only quantity. Sabre India was a slum and continuing same way.
