Back in January 2016, an executive meeting in ES, RG paraded his mantra about executive and employee accountability and handed out the book "The Oz Principle: Getting Results Through Individual and Organizational Accountability" for all the officers to read and embrace. A little over a year later and all that book seems to have meant is to take older workers systematically out of the company and rise up junior level millennials (and a few dinosaurs for amusement) and try to teach them accountability and run a company.
If RG really embraced it, he would follow the example of the Samurai and "resign" with dignity after publically admitting his failure as a leader. His mantra didn't work. The company is in disarray and every new hire he brought on has been a dismal failure.
Embrace your own mantra, RG and "exit" yourself, you joke of a HR manager. Why don't you just bring in another millennial to replace yourself and join the rest of the "displaced" employees you created.
